SCOPE OF CONTAINER ADAPTATION

NEW OR USED CONTAINER
The container was adapted to fit the new 20FT HC one-way container. The shipping container is made of Corten steel for greater resistance to weather conditions.
MODIFICATION OF CONTAINER STRUCTURE
Cutting and removing container wall elements to prepare the structure for the installation of windows and doors. Prefabrication and welding ensure high-quality welds. The work performed is precise and aesthetically pleasing.
THERMAL INSULATION
Ceiling and walls are spray-insulated with closed-cell polyurethane foam or natural wool foam, 80-100 mm thick. Walls are additionally insulated with Kanauf plaster, 50 mm thick.
WINDOWS AND DOORS IN ANTHRACITE COLOR
La versión estándar es una unidad de tres acristalamientos con un coeficiente de transferencia de calor Ug = 0,7 [W/(m2·K)]. Perfiles de marco y hoja de 5 cámaras fabricados en PVC clase A. Posibilidad de utilizar vidrio templado, seguro, antirrobo o de control solar.

Empotrar, accesorios (sala de distribución, tomas, conectores).
WATER AND SEWERAGE INSTALLATION
Tuberías de alcantarillado ocultas y soldadas de PP, de PVC. Conexiones colocadas en el suelo fuera del contenedor.
WALL AND CEILING FINISHES
Internal steel and wood structure of walls and ceilings, plasterboard construction, surface finished with plaster and painted.
PINTURA EXTERIOR
Container hydrodynamically painted with alkyd or polyurethane paint.
